EasyMapsAndDirections (“EasyMapsAndDirections”, "we" or "us") created the EasyMapsAndDirections extension ("Extension") to allow our users to access interactive maps, navigation, traffic alerts, and suggested destinations directly from their browser. The Extension, Site and any related features, services, functions or content provided by EasyMapsAndDirections shall be referred to as "Services". Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and this Privacy Policy governs your use of the Services

All users of our Services, including the Extension and the Site, are subject to this Privacy Policy. This policy explains the type of information that EasyMapsAndDirections collects, how it is used, with whom it is shared and to what extent it can be associated with a specific user. This information may include personally identifiable information ("PII") (such as your name or email address) and non-personally identifiable information (such as your IP Address and browser type). We may use or share this information in certain cases to third parties in order to display third-party links, features and materials (collectively, “Third-Party Materials”) to you.

What Information is Collected?

When you contact EasyMapsAndDirections at for issues or questions related to the Services, you may, but are not required to, submit PII. EasyMapsAndDirections collects PII in order to enable us to respond to your issues and communicate with you more effectively. As you use our Service, we will collect other information, such as your IP Address, browser type, operating system, unique identifier number and browsing. Such information is stored and used to provide our Services, such as displaying Third-Party Materials and maintaining and improving the Site and Extension, and such information may be combined with information received from third parties. If you choose to download our browser extension, we also may use this information to provide you with sponsored content if you have not opted out of receiving such content. Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of eighteen. If EasyMapsAndDirections discovers that it has collected any PII from a user under eighteen, EasyMapsAndDirections will terminate that user’s access of the Service and any information collected will subsequently be deleted from our systems immediately.

How is the Information Collected?

EasyMapsAndDirections collects information about you using browser cookies, flash cookies, storage data, web beacons, JavaScript, pixels and other tracking technologies. In order to optimize our Services and provide Third-Party Information, we may collect information including, but not limited to, browser type, browsing history and other performance data.

    • Deletion Request Rights: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that EasyMapsAndDirections delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained over the preceding 12 months.

    • Opt Out Rights: Because we may use advertising and analytics for targeted advertising purposes, you may have the right to direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). 

    • Requests to Correct: You may have the right to request that we use commercially reasonable measures to correct any inaccurate information that we have about you.

    • Requests to Limit Use of Personal Information: Under certain state laws, you may direct us to only use your sensitive personal information (if applicable) for only those purposes that are necessary to perform our Services.

    • The Right Against Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, consistent with various state laws. 


Before granting any request, we are required to evaluate whether the applicable request is provided for under the state laws, as some rights may apply only to residents of certain states. In addition, only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. As such, we cannot grant a request until we are able to identify which personal information is associated with you, as well as your state residency. The type of information you must provide depends on the type of request you make.

Alternatively, we may use a third-party verification service to verify your identity. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for Access twice within a 12-month period. If you believe you have a valid right to request any of the rights above, please reach out to us.
